For Punggol Green Primary School, we transformed educational values into a visual storytelling experience through the creation of six distinctive life-sized standees, each embodying a key value, namely: Teamwork, Valour, Empathy, Integrity, Responsibility and Self-Discipline.

Rather than treating values as abstract ideas, the standees were designed as bold, character-led expressions that students could instantly recognise and relate to. Installed across campus, the standees function as constant visual cues that subtly shape behaviour and mindset. 

This initiative turned the school environment itself into a learning tool. By integrating character-driven visuals into shared spaces, Punggol Green created a consistent and uplifting presence that supports character development beyond formal lessons, helping values become lived experiences rather than just taught concepts.
